「Multi Contents Link」

This symbol mark wa s developed under the concept that creators in many fields will work together and explore new possibilities for Japanese content by linking and interacting with one another. The shape of this mark comes from the letter “C” in "Content". I intended to project the new concept of Japanese content to the world with this novel and strong design. As for the color concept, I employed multicolored fragments and gradation to express many kinds of creators working together with many types of information and mediums to create joyful and free communications.

Kashiwa Sato (born in Tokyo in 1965) established advertising agency, “Samurai” after working for Hakuhodo Inc.
His works by evolved observation and strong visual development are highly regarded in various fields. He received a lot of prizes such as Tokyo ADC Grand Prix and Mainichi Design Award. And he is a visiting professor at Meiji Gakuin University. Also he wrote the book "Kashiwa Sato's Ultimate Method for Reaching The Essentials" ( published by Nikkei Publishing Inc. )
His works; designing art works for SMAP, engagement in reform projects of Meiji Gakuin University, product design of cellular phones (Docomo FOMA N702iD/N703iD), creative direction for the flagship of UNIQLO NY, engagement in project for the National Art Center,Tokyo and so on. 。http://kashiwasato.com/
