| Event Overview | ＜OPENING RECEPTION＞ October 19 (Monday) 7 p.m.-9 p.m. (tentative), at the Shinagawa Prince Hotel banquet room ＜BUSINESS SESSIONS＞ ･Presentations October 20 (Tuesday) 10 a.m.-6 p.m. at Stellar Ball Music industry professionals from overseas will have about a 15-minute presentation from each Japanese record label. Presentations by all participating Record Labels & Artist Management Companies will take place on this one day. ･Individual Business Meetings October 21 (Wednesday) 10 a.m.-6 p.m. (tentative) at Stellar Ball October 22 (Thursday) 10 a.m.-2 p.m. (tentative) at Stellar Ball Based on the previous day’s presentations, individual business meetings will be held over two days. English, Chinese, and Korean interpreters will be available at the conference hall, and several bilingual advisers who are familiar with international music business will be on hand to help communicate business discussions between the various companies attending. ･Networking Session October 20 (Tuesday) through October 23 (Friday), 8 p.m.-10 p.m. (tentative) at Stellar Ball 2nd Floor These sessions will provide an opportunity to meet music industry professionals overseas and Japan in a more casual atmosphere, exchanging information, and promoting networking for further bussiness. ＜BUSINESS SEMIAR＞ October 23 (Friday) 2 p.m.-5:00 p.m. (tentative) at Shinagawa Prince Hotel (banquet room) One or two sessions are planned, covering timely issues facing the music industry. ＜ANIMATION SONGS LIVE＞ October 23 (Friday) 6:30 p.m.-8:30 p.m. (tentative) at Stellar Ball We will have an evening of live performances from the anime song genre that is so popular overseas. The show will feature screenings of the anime images that go with each live performance, and will be a great opportunity to check out this worldwide phenomenon. This event will also be the only event where we plan to invite audience from fans. |
